2024 Monster Bash Registration Form

Monster Bash is on Saturday, October 26th from 11am-1pm at Stormonth School in the grass area near Longacre Pavilion.


This is the online registration and payment form for this event. You can choose one of two registration options: (1) general registration or (2) a family sponsorship.

  1. General registration details:
    • Your admission fee per person includes your entrance fee, unlimited games, Trunk or Treating, DIY Photo Booth, cupcake crawl, face painting, bounce house, and Scavenger Hunt.
    • Kids three and under are FREE.
    • All family members attending must register. This is not a drop off event.
  2. Family sponsorship details:
    • Family sponsorship HUGELY helps the PTO underwrite the cost of this fundraiser!
    • Each sponsorship comes with four (4) free admission tickets and a yard sign. 
    • Sponsoring families can choose to have signage at games/activities that include photo, family name, and/or a personal note to their children.
    • Family sponsorships are limited in number: six (6) at the $250 level, seven (5) at the $200 level, and fifteen (15) at the $150 level. 

** Registration increases to $17 per person on 10/21. Online registration closes at 11:59 pm on 10/23. Walk-ups welcome! **

 

NOTE: This is a fundraising event for our community schools. If the event is canceled due to weather or emergency, or you are unable to participate come event day, NO refunds are given. We appreciate your donation and support of our schools!  


 Registration Instructions: 

  1. Select the number of general admission fees per person that you want OR choose a Family Sponsorship Level. [Remember, Family Sponsorships include four (4) entrance fees. If you have more than (4) people in your family, make sure to buy additional individual admissions.] 
  2. Select whether you want to purchase 50/50 tickets, raffle tickets, or make any additional donations.
  3. Select if you want to provide & decorate a trunk for Trunk or Treat.
  4. Click "Save and checkout." You should be redirected to the checkout screen.
  5. Follow the checkout prompts to complete your registration. 
  6. You will receive an email with your registration receipt and confirmation.
  7. Please come to the Packet Pickup Table on Friday, 10/25 or the day of the event to pick up your entrance wristband and raffle tickets.
