Your Generosity Makes Everything Possible
The PTO works to enhance the educational offerings of our school district by making state of the art equipment, learning resources, books and experiences within reach to every child in our schools.
But, did you know . . . Our grants to Stormonth Elementary School and Bayside Middle School help fund technology, books, services and learning experiences that are not in their budgets.
Your generous donations offset the costs for field trips including trips to Washington, D.C., the State Capitol, the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, First Stage, the Schlitz Audubon Nature Preserve, the Kindness Retreat, local French and Spanish language and culture immersion trips and so much more!
Funding for community events that expose our learners to our artist-in-residence program bring authors to visit the children, Broadway stars, talented musicians and gifted dancers to perform with and for our young audiences.
We host and fund community-building events throughout the year to bring our school families together in celebration of learning and nurturing life-long friendships. We work hard to provide the children of our district with safe and enjoyable experiences to engage with their classroom community even after the school day has ended. From Bayside Activity Nights and Book Fairs to Monster Bash and the Cupcake Run to movie nights and KinderDate to Winter Fun Night and End of Year Celebrations- we strive to give our community more opportunities to come together.
Your donations provide classroom support, fund teacher appreciation events, and are spent on proposed grants sought by staff and reviewed by a select committee of staff and parents for approval. Look how funds raised in 2021-22 were spent.
