Get ready for a spooktacular day of games, treats, and family fun! This form is your one-stop shop for registration and payment.

You have two ways to register:
1️⃣ General Registration – admission per person
2️⃣ Family Sponsorship – admission + extra perks!

 

If you are looking to sign up for a Trunk of Treat vehicle that is now on the Monster Bash 2026 Volunteer form.

Your admission includes:

🎟 Kids 3 & under are FREE!
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 All family members attending must register. This is not a drop-off event. No Pets Allowed!

💛 Sponsorships help the PTO cover the cost of this event.
🎟 Each sponsorship includes admission tickets + a yard sign. (Number of admission tickets varies depending on sponsorship level)
📸 Sponsors can choose to display signage at games/activities with your family photo, name, and/or a note to your kids.

🎯 Limited availability:

  • 6 spots at $250

  • 6 spots at $200

  • 15 spots at $150

💰 Registration Deadlines

  • $15 per person through 10/19

  • $19 per person starting 10/23

  • Online registration closes 11:59 PM on 10/19

  • Walk-ups welcome!

🔎 Important Notes

This is a fundraising event supporting our community schools.
📢 No refunds will be given if the event is canceled due to weather/emergency or if you are unable to attend.

 

The use of the bounce house from Elite Sports requires you to complete their waiver. Elite Bounce House Waiver

📝 Registration Instructions

  1. Select the number of general admission tickets OR choose a Family Sponsorship level.
    (If your family has more than the number of tickets included in the sponsorship level, purchase extra admission tickets as needed.)

  2. Add on 50/50 raffle tickets, general raffle tickets, or extra donations if desired.

  3. Click “Save and Checkout.”

  4. Follow the prompts to complete your registration and payment.

  5. Look for your confirmation email & receipt.

  6. Pick up your wristbands and raffle tickets at the Packet Pickup Table on Friday, 10/23, or at the event. The registration table day of the event can get very busy! To avoid the lines and enjoy more of the event packet pick up on Friday is highly recommended.
