The Fox Point-Bayside PTO (a 501(c)(3) organization) is actively working on our annual sponsorship campaign.
The Fox Point-Bayside community is a close-knit one, and we sponsor multiple events throughout the year to benefit our students, teachers and community. With your sponsorship, we hope to continue this level of support for many years to come. Money raised through sponsorships will benefit the K4 – 8th graders in our district.
We host two large events each year:
- The Cupcake Fun Run in the spring at the end of May or early June
- Monster Bash in the fall around Halloween.
Each of these events usually has around 500 participants!!
Throughout the year we also sponsor student events such as our Bayside Activity Nights for middle-schoolers, and Kids Night Out for our Stormonth students. We also support programs for the safety of our students including our Bike/Walk to school safety event each year. For our teachers, we sponsor Teacher Appreciation events throughout the year.
With our social media, website, and newsletter reach, your business or family’s sponsorship will reach many households in the Fox Point-Bayside community. There are currently 629 families in our school district. These families receive our monthly PTO Newsletter and many are a part of our Facebook and Instagram communities. The District Newsletter is mailed 3 times a year (winter, spring, and fall) and reaches approximately 3,000 households.
Your annual sponsorship will start with The Cupcake Run event (Spring) and run through to the next year. To maximize your company’s exposure on promotional materials, we ask that your sponsor commitment be made as soon as possible. This will ensure your logo or business name is printed on our advertising materials.
A commitment by May 2nd will allow us to add your logo to our website, race t-shirts, and social media posts based on your sponsorship level.
