2026 Cupcake Fun Run Registration Form

The cupcakes are coming -- get your running shoes ready for June 6th at Bayside Middle School!

Registration Instructions: 

  1. Please answer the first two required questions, and then choose your appropriate registration fee. The maximum number of people per registration is six; if you need to register more than six people, please complete a second registration form.
  2. Can't make the run but would still like to support the fundraiser? Be an Event Sponsor! 
  3. THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT.
  4. Teachers and staff who are registering with a discount code will receive a shirt
  5. Please fill out ALL fields for each participant you are registering. Leave any extra participant sections blank. 
  6. Click "Save and checkout." You should be redirected to the checkout page.
  7. If you have a discount code, you can apply it to your order in the blue box on the "Checkout" page.
  8. You will receive an email with your registration receipt and confirmation. If you do not receive an email your registration did not go through.
